The Christchurch Road project was a proper labour of love for us at Livspace Lofts and Extensions. The full-house renovation saw one property cleverly split into two distinct flats. Flat B is where our family-run team got to flex our creative muscles, turning a dated space into a modern gem bursting with personality.
This wasn’t just a facelift – we gutted the place and started fresh, reworking the layout to carve out a standalone flat that feels both spacious and cosy. The kitchen’s standout, with clever storage and a sharp, contemporary finish, making cooking a joy. The living area has been designed to let light flood in, creating a warm spot to unwind or host friends. And the bathroom? A total transformation with stylish tiles and fittings that make the most of the space.
Every step of the way, we poured our expertise into Flat B, using top-notch materials to ensure it’s as durable as it is good-looking. Splitting the original house into two flats took careful planning, but we love a challenge – and working hand-in-hand with the homeowners made it all come together. Flat B now has its unique charm, blending practicality with that little bit of extra flair we’re known for.
